WORK
At CoStar Group, I create engaging, story-driven video content for the Homes.com platform, highlighting cities and neighborhoods across the country. My role combines producing, scriptwriting and editing to create visually compelling pieces that showcase each area’s character, lifestyle, and appeal. I handle the full production pipeline, including planning shoots, editing, and color grading, while maintaining consistent brand standards. The work focuses on blending cinematic visuals with informative storytelling to engage viewers and support real estate marketing efforts.

At CoStar Group, I’ve created over 500 videos that blend cinematic storytelling with branded content, showcasing cities, neighborhoods, and the people that bring them to life. Below is a curated selection of projects that reflect the scope and style of my work.
Miami
Miami is a city defined by energy, culture, and nonstop movement. This project involved shaping a massive amount of footage into a cohesive story that captures Miami’s nightlife, coastline, architecture, and diverse neighborhoods. The final piece balances fast-paced visuals with a strong sense of atmosphere, reflecting both the scale of the city and the complexity of the edit itself. I was honored to be chosen to undertake creating the video for such an important city in the United States.
Baltimore
Baltimore is a city shaped by history, resilience, and a distinct creative energy. This video explores the character of Baltimore through its waterfronts, neighborhoods, local culture, and architecture, capturing both the grit and charm that make the city feel uniquely alive. Having combed through over 10,000 clips to create my final video, the amount of time spent on this project was staggering. It was a very collaborative project that pushed me to improve my organizational skills.
Hagerstown
Hagerstown blends small-town character with a rich sense of history and community. This video highlights the city’s local businesses, historic areas, and surrounding landscapes, focusing on the everyday atmosphere and pace of life that define Hagerstown’s identity. This project was especially meaningful to me because I was selected as one of only a few editors to help create the first city videos for Homes.com. It marked my first experience working on this style of project and helped shape the storytelling approach I continue to use today.
Ellicott City
Ellicott City blends historic charm with a vibrant local culture, offering scenic streets, independent shops, and a strong sense of community. This video captures the character of the city through cinematic visuals, local landmarks, and the everyday atmosphere that makes Ellicott City feel both timeless and welcoming. One of the more fun aspects of creating this video was being able ot closely collaborate with one of our writers who happened to be from there. He gave us such great insight as to what it really meant to live here.
Waco
Waco is a city shaped by history, community, and a growing creative energy. Set along the Brazos River, it blends small-town warmth with a renewed sense of momentum. This piece highlights Waco’s evolving identity, from its local businesses and cultural landmarks to the everyday moments that give the city its character. It is a place where tradition and progress meet in a way that feels authentic and lived in. One of the biggest challenges of capturing this city was finding those city events that truly brought my final video to life.
Bayonne
Bayonne offers a distinct perspective on the New York City skyline without the intensity of living in it. Set along the waterfront, it carries a strong sense of community, shaped by its history and diverse neighborhoods. This piece highlights Bayonne’s balance of accessibility and calm, where city views, local character, and a slower pace come together to create a place that feels both connected and grounded. One of the more difficult aspects of this project was creating the "postcard" shot with the animated text. Finding a way to make it feel part of the scene was hard but made the final product far more engaging.
Issaquah
Issaquah feels like the perfect balance between nature and everyday living. Nestled at the base of the Cascade Mountains, the city offers quick access to trails, sweeping views, and a slower pace, while still staying connected to nearby Seattle. This piece highlights Issaquah’s outdoor lifestyle, growing community, and the quiet charm that makes it more than just a place to live. It is a place to settle in. Capturing this city's lifestyle was incredibly important and served as a significant challenge that we needed to overcome for my final cut.
